About us
Since being founded in 1985 by the late music entrepreneur and polo fanatic Bryan Morrison – and now owned and operated by his family – ‘The Berkshire’ has achieved at attracting a rare blend of the world’s top players of this prestigious sport, and people who simply love the Club’s unique atmosphere and surroundings.
270 acres of stunning Berkshire countryside encompassing six world class polo pitches, an all weather arena, traditional clubhouse, Royal Pavilion, extensive stabling, two polo schools, tennis and croquet, exceptional catering and hospitality. It’s obvious why The Berkshire is such a popular draw for players and non-players alike. And all this just five minutes from the M4.
Our extensive fixture list of HPA tournaments, open & club tournaments provides great sport for our own and visiting players, and a unique spectacle for everybody. We are also the only High Goal polo club in the UK to run both a summer and winter arena polo season.
